In a win for honest Mum & Dad businesses, J Daniels & Associates has won a massive victory in the federal court against a client who was described by the judge as dishonest who was represented by Consumer Law Action Centre by lead lawyer Ursula Noye from Consumer Action Law Centre who had the backing of Gerard Brody.

J Daniels & Associates believes that this was a case where they were unfairly litigated against and that the reason this happened is because Consumer Action Law Centre has a competing business they run under the “guise” of an “organisation for the people” who receive government funding. It is their firm belief that Consumer Action Law Centre wants to knock out all the Mum & Dad businesses as competition so they have Monopoly over the market!
